How it works

We make managed IT simple,

your business. Here’s what to
expect when you work with
Snyder Technologies

  • Term-Based Agreements

    We offer flexible service commitments, typically 12, 24, or 36 months, based on your needs and infrastructure. Contracts renew automatically in 90-day increments unless changes are needed, and we’ll work with you to update your plan as you grow.

  • Per-Device Pricing Model

    You’re only billed for the devices and services you use. We charge a monthly flat rate per supported workstation, server, or network device, with clearly defined plan options (Lite, Standard, Premium) to match your level of support.

  • Quarterly Billing, Simple Adjustments

    Invoices are issued quarterly and adjusted at the start of each cycle to reflect any new or removed devices. Devices added mid-cycle are billed for the full month, while offboarded devices are removed in the next billing cycle.

  • What’s Included and What’s Not

    Our plans include proactive monitoring, patching, remote helpdesk, backups, antivirus, and more (see [Included Services] section). Projects, emergency response, after-hours help, and out-of-scope tasks are available on an hourly basis.

  • Need Something Extra?

    If you need help outside your plan, like an after-hours on-site visit or a new project, we’re available and transparent about costs. Ad-hoc support is billed hourly with clear rates and no surprises.
